Spa-tember 2026: Spa Deals Worth Checking Out in Fort Lauderdale

September is here, and spa season in South Florida isn't slowing down!

After spending the summer exploring Miami Spa Months, we're continuing the journey north to Fort Lauderdale for Spa-tember and a new lineup of spa experiences and savings.

Throughout September, many Fort Lauderdale spas are celebrating with Spa Month promotions, while others are offering their own seasonal specials. I've curated some of the experiences worth knowing about so you can easily explore what's available and find the one that fits your perfect spa day.

Whether you're a South Florida local looking for a little self-care or visiting Fort Lauderdale and want to add some relaxation to your getaway, here's my guide to September spa specials in Fort Lauderdale.

Conrad Spa at Conrad Fort Lauderdale Beach

Officially part of this year's Spa-tember lineup.

Conrad Spa is offering its SOFLO Aromatic Renewal Massage for $175. The 50-minute experience features VOYA botanical oils with a choice of Lime & Mandarin, Lavender Rosemary, or Ginger & Sweet Orange.

✨ Spa Vibes Highlight: This one comes with some nice extras. Your spa experience includes a complimentary glass of Prosecco, up to four hours of complimentary valet parking and pool access, giving you the opportunity to turn your treatment into a relaxing resort afternoon.

Good to Know: The pool is scheduled to be closed for enhancements September 8–18, so I'd confirm available amenities if you're booking during those dates.

Heavenly Spa at The Westin Fort Lauderdale Beach

Officially part of this year's Spa-tember lineup.

Heavenly Spa is offering four specials, all $50 off their regular price with code #HeavenlySpaMonth26.

The Paradise Massage & Scrub for $135 (regularly $185) immediately caught my attention, combining a full-body massage with an exfoliating scrub. Other options include the After Sun Recovery treatment for $125, Bespoke HydraFacial for $230, and Heavenly Pedicure for $45 with the Spa Month discount applied..

✨ Spa Vibes Highlight: Give yourself some extra time to enjoy the spa's infrared sauna, steam shower and relaxation areas, plus a whirlpool with women-only access. Want to extend your day? Pool access is available for an additional $25, with the public beach just across the street. Non-hotel spa guests also receive $5 valet parking for up to five hours.

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Fort Lauderdale

Not an official Spa-tember participant, but running its own September specials.

The Spa at Four Seasons Hotel Fort Lauderdale is Fort Lauderdale’s only Forbes Five-Star Spa and has three seasonal experiences available for $185 each. The 50-minute options include the Pearl Radiance Lift Facial, Serenity Targeted Combo Massage, and BT Frangipani Body Glow.

✨ Spa Vibes Highlight: Beyond your treatment, enjoy the Sensory Escape experiential shower, Himalayan Salt-Wall Sauna and relaxation lounges, complete with crystal-infused water, chef-crafted bites and soothing teas. Pool access is not included with your spa treatment.

Good to Know: I confirmed directly with the spa that the facial does not include extractions, the Serenity treatment is not a traditional full-body massage, and the Body Glow is primarily an exfoliation treatment rather than a massage.

AWAY Spa at W Fort Lauderdale

Not an official Spa-tember participant, but running its own September specials.

AWAY Spa has a mix of facial, reflexology and nail specials available Monday–Thursday. Facial options include the 50-minute Aquaboost Facial for $185, Detox Facial for $150, and Sculpt & Lift for $145, which combines facial massage with sculpting and tension release.

For something different, choose Reflexology for $55 for 30 minutes or $130 for 50 minutes, or a 90-minute Mani + Pedi for $99.

✨ Spa Vibes Highlight: AWAY offers a more intimate spa setting with dedicated relaxation areas to enjoy around your treatment. Complimentary valet parking is included with any spa treatment, a nice perk when visiting Fort Lauderdale Beach.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Fort Lauderdale

Not an official Spa-tember participant, but running its own September specials.

The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Fort Lauderdale is offering three 50-minute seasonal treatments for $199 each: the Infrared Relaxation Massage, Radiance Facial, and Firming Body Treatment.

The Infrared Relaxation Massage combines traditional light-pressure massage with infrared heat. The Radiance Facial focuses on pigmentation and brightening with Vitamin C, while the Firming Body Treatment combines gentle exfoliation with nourishing body butter.

✨ Spa Vibes Highlight: Your spa experience extends beyond the treatment room with access to the spa's relaxation areas and steam facilities. Complimentary pool access is available Monday–Thursday, based on availability. Friday–Sunday, pool access requires a separate pass and is also subject to availability.

EVARA Beach Spa at Auberge Beach Residences

Not an official Spa-tember participant, but running its own September specials.

EVARA Beach Spa has two ways to enjoy a little September self-care. Their Classic Weekday Package starts at $299 and is available Monday–Thursday, combining a 50-minute Classic Massage with aromatherapy and a 50-minute Classic Organic Facial for one guest.

Or, on Wellness Wednesdays, you can receive 15% off massages and facials.

✨ Spa Vibes Highlight: The Classic Weekday Package is designed for lingering a little longer. Along with two 50-minute treatments, it includes a welcome glass of Prosecco plus access to the beach, salt cave, infrared sauna, steam room and cool deluge shower. With two treatments and plenty of reasons to stay awhile, this one can easily become a full spa day.

PURE Spa at Pelican Grand Beach Resort

Not an official Spa-tember participant, but running its own September specials.

PURE Spa is offering two PURE You Rituals: a 50-minute experience starting at $175 featuring scalp, foot and collagen hand treatments, and an 80-minute experience starting at $245 that includes a 50-minute customized facial followed by collagen foot and scalp treatments.

They're also offering 15% off all HydraFacials throughout September with code PUREH26. Their four-step HydraFacial experience cleanses, exfoliates, extracts and infuses the skin with nourishing serums.

✨ Spa Vibes Highlight: PURE offers something a little different from some of the larger resort spas. While you won't find an extensive lineup of traditional thermal amenities, you can relax on their 11th-floor oceanfront rooftop terrace and even order food from the resort to enjoy overlooking the Atlantic. Complimentary valet parking is included for day-spa guests. 

Good to Know: Want to add a little beach time? Beach access is available for an additional fee and includes a chair, umbrella and towel service, based on availability. When I contacted the spa, I was quoted $30 for a beach-only day pass.

Finding Your September Spa Experience

One of the things I love about exploring spas is that no two spa days have to look the same. Maybe you're looking for a massage followed by a few hours at the pool. Maybe you want a sauna, steam room and an afternoon where you have absolutely nowhere else to be. Or maybe your perfect reset is a facial, pedicure or a little reflexology between everything else life has going on.

When comparing the specials, I like to consider both the price and the overall experience. Think about the treatment itself, the amenities, parking, pool or beach access and how much time you'll actually be able to spend enjoying the experience. Then choose the spa day that feels right for you.
